Healthy- Easy to Follow Diet Plan The Calorie Shifting Diet

The Calorie Shifting diet is an easy to follow diet plan. If you follow these simple rules, which are enumerated hereunder, then you can reasonably expect to lose approximately nine pounds in eleven days. That is roughly just under one pound of weight loss per day:



  1. You must generate a diet plan that spans eleven days, each day consisting of four meals that must be spaced apart by a minimum of two and a half hours in between each.
  2. The diet plan must consist of a variety of foods from all four food groups, and the composition of each meal must involve the shifting of calorie types from one meal to the next, from one day to the next.
  3. You are allowed to eat as much or as little food as you desire at each meal of each of the food items at each specific meal until you are completely satisfied. The only restriction on the quantity of the food that you eat is that you must stop eating just before reaching the verge of becoming too full.
  4. You must drink a minimum of ten full eight-ounce glasses of water per day.
  5. You must take a three-day hiatus from the diet at the tail end of every fortnight on the diet. In other words, you must follow the diet for eleven days, and then you must take the next three days off from dieting. During those three days, you are allowed to eat anything you want, as long as you take care not to become too full at any point throughout the day, which would mean that you have overeaten. At the conclusion of the three-day break, you must generate a new eleven-day diet plan, to be followed again, followed by another three-day break, and so on and so forth.

As is evident from the rules enumerated above, the Calorie Shifting diet is an easy to follow diet plan.
