Healthy- How to Gain Weight During the Candida Diet? Discussion on Allowed Snacks

Candida diet surely got different effect on different person. One of my friends didnt lose any weight even though she exercises hard for 30 minutes every morning. She has a larger bone structure, and people tell her that she doesnt need to lose weight. But the most often occurrence is people losing weight, and that is what well discuss: how to gain weight during the candida diet?



My friend has lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks, and she eats seeds or nuts in between meals. She has decided to add more starches, but we are not supposed to have too much of that since it turns to sugar. She is wondering what will happen if she increase her starches. Will that keep the candida alive forever? She doesnt mind staying on this diet for a long time. Her cravings for sugary things have subsided and she truly doesnt want to eat those things if they are going to bring her any problems.



I was in the same situation as hers. But I have found that I tolerate corn very well, so I have natural corn chips (tacos) wit hummus as snack, or Ryvita biscuits with hummus and carrot sticks on them, or sometimes as a bag of potato chips as a treat. This would not be good for you all the time, though. Unfortunately, we have to eat a lot of protein, which means a fair amount of meat. Chicken salads are good, and there is also rice puddings made with stevia and rice milk. I feel like being envied by most women for eating all day.
