Healthy- Hiatal Hernia Diet Tips to Follow It

Hiatal hernia is a very serious condition that affects a lot of people all over the world. These are some tips to follow the plan:



Drink a lot of water before consuming food.

6. Low fat salad dressings, fat free cookies, jelly beans, soy cheese, sour-cream, cereal, pretzels are also allowable.



7. In the morning you can start with a glass of fresh juice, cereal with some skimmed milk.



8. For lunch you can go for chicken breast, with some fresh salad with parsley, and some fresh juice along with it.



You should always have mineral water as that stops indigestion and keeps the digestive system strong. The hiatal hernia diet is a great way to keep the condition under control and prevent the symptoms from getting ugly. Patients should restrict themselves within the food products mentioned above and stay away from all caffeinated drinks. Once you get into the rhythm of the diet plan, the symptoms of heartburn will go away.
